Conservation Networks & Facilitation Manager
WILD is seeking a Conservation Networks & Facilitation Manager to provide high-level facilitation, governance coordination, and network support across a portfolio of conservation networks and global convenings stewarded by WILD.
This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening process, continuity, and execution. The Manager supports senior leadership by ensuring networks function effectively, documentation is clear, and strategic opportunities are tracked and supported.
Because this role sits at the intersection of governance, policy, and long-standing partnerships, success requires strong relational intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
A significant portion of this role (approximately 50–60%) will support the North American Protected Areas (NAPA) Committee, while also contributing to broader WILD network stewardship and program coordination.
This role operates in a neutral facilitation capacity and supports senior leadership in advancing WILD’s strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Advanced meeting facilitation experience
- Executive-level coordination and follow-through
- The ability to synthesize complex dialogue in real time
- Comfort operating in international, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong relational judgment and discretion
Digital Communications & Storytelling Manager
WILD is seeking a Digital Communications & Storytelling Manager to lead and execute all digital content and social media efforts for the organization.
This is a hands-on content creation role. Content is the core responsibility of this position. The individual in this role will create, plan, publish, manage, and measure digital content across all platforms while helping WILD better understand what resonates with its community and how digital storytelling can support conservation visibility and fundraising.
This role combines day-to-day content execution with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable writing and designing posts, analyzing performance data, developing campaign concepts, translating complex conservation work into accessible narratives, and engaging respectfully with Indigenous and local communities.
