WILD12 Resolutions
The World Wilderness Congress is unique among civil society environmental forums as it provides the public a direct and concrete instrument for setting the global environmental agenda: resolutions. We invited all WILD12 delegates–participants to join in the resolution process by engaging with other delegates in polite and purposeful conversation and meaningful attempts to find common ground. Unity of purpose is essential for the success of any coalition, and the World Wilderness Congress is an instrument to help global civil society find such unity on the next steps we can and should take as an international wilderness movement.
At the 12th World Wilderness Congress (WILD12), twelve resolutions were voted on and accepted by delegates.
