RESOLUTION 11
Metaphysical Activism
WHEREAS
1. Humanity is being called upon to take transformative, epic action to respond meaningfully to a multitude of converging (some, potentially existential) crises, including war among humans, and war perpetrated against the biosphere.
2. Conventional activism has had undeniable value in progressively helping to mitigate or resolve said crises. Yet those crisis situations continue to worsen in nature and degree, indicating the urgent need for a radically different approach.1
3. From the perspective of many [Indigenous Peoples], and a growing number of awakening and awakened non-[Indigenous] populations, these predicaments are seen as largely symptomatic of a fundamental underlying crisis, i.e. a crisis of consciousness, or of the spirit of a critical mass of humanity (which for the purposes of this resolution We shall call a [metaphysical] crisis) – both in terms of the cause, and people’s capacity to respond to remediate the situation.
4. Arguably, that [metaphysical] crisis is characterized by people’s:
a. diminished connection with the Planet, and all Earthly relatives (whether human, or other) – including Our responsibilities to co-exist, to the best of Our capacity, in harmony with them, and
b. lack of awareness and understanding about:
i. the true nature of reality, i.e. that it is fundamentally [metaphysical] (consciousness, energy or spirit-based2) as opposed to malleable, molecular-based, physical reality, and
ii. their essential, Highest Sovereign,3 [metaphysical] Self, and (as such) their potent, inherent power to generate from the [metaphysical] into physical reality, and
5. This [metaphysical] crisis demands a corresponding new kind of [metaphysical] activism to address it.
THEREFORE
1. A mechanism is urgently required to generate a quantum leap in awareness of the circumstance outlined in 1-5 above, that is focused on (1) exploring, comparing and contrasting different [metaphysical] perspectives, with the intent to (2) actively identify shared objectives and effective [metaphysical]-based action in the context of healing and resolving the aforementioned converging crises.
a. In the spirit of optimizing receptivity across a diverse range of audiences, the mechanism shall be grounded in a collaborative, cross-knowledge system approach comprising a triangulation of (a) [Indigenous] ancestral technical knowledge,4 (b) Western science, (c) spiritual wisdom and (d) faith-based wisdom. This is essential to optimize the mechanism’s inclusivity, so that a diverse range of people feel safe to engage with the mechanism, in so far as they find one or more of above mentioned perspectives (a)-(d) relatable, regardless of their ethnic cultural, spiritual, religious, academic, social, political or other beliefs or orientations.
RESOLVED
1. That a publicly transparent [metaphysical] activism mechanism be urgently established to bring together [Indigenous] ancestral technical knowledge, Western science, spiritual and faith- based wisdom perspectives, with the intention, through constructive dialogue, to:
a. achieve a deeper understanding of the nature of reality (including [metaphysical] and physical realities), and humanity’s power within that construct to shape reality, and in doing so
b. explore transformative practices, based in [metaphysical] knowledge and wisdom, by which to remediate the many converging crises facing humanity – and beyond, to co-create a more harmonious world, and
c. actively promote awareness, education and appreciation of the value of [metaphysical] activism in this context.
